(1) There shall be a fund for legal aid related work and the following amounts shall be in that fund:-

(a) Funds received as grants from the Government of Nepal.

(B) Amounts received in the form of grants, donations, assistance from any person, association or organization.

(C) Amounts received from other sources.

(2) Subsection (1) ) operation of the fund will be as prescribed.
